Quinoa à la Mexicana

This Mexican vegan quinoa bowl is so good and soooo super easy to make!🍜👌

✳️ Heat in a bit of oil : 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped red pepper, 100 grams of quorn. Stir and bake for a while
✳️Add taco herbs
✳️Add 1 tin of washed kidney beans and a tin of chopped tomatoes… Stir and keep baking
✳️Add 1 cup of cooked white quinoa and stir a bit longer… Add more pepper or herbs – as you please. I like it hot, so I alway add extra chilli flakes. 🌶️🔥
✳️ Serve with avocado, grated cheese and salad.🥑🥑🧀🥗🌮🙏
